Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Fine jewelry can be permanently damaged by mistreatment or neglect. We are not responsible for any damage. Ask your jewelry consultant about the best way to take care of your specific piece. We highly recommend coming to have your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 6-months.
