At Devan's Diamonds, we design and create custom jewelry right here in our Pittston workshop. From the first conversation to the finished piece, you'll work directly with the people making your jewelry.

A Little About What We Do
Custom jewelry is a big part of who we are. Between modern design technology and traditional jewelry-making techniques, we have the tools and experience to create just about anything from scratch.
Design & 3D Modeling
Michael, our owner and lead designer, handles the design and model creation of our custom pieces.
Using professional 3D jewelry design software, he builds each piece digitally, working through everything from the overall shape and proportions to individual stone settings and smaller details.
This allows us to create designs from scratch rather than relying on existing settings or premade components. It also means you get to see exactly what we're making before we make it.
Whether you're looking for something simple and timeless or a design that's a little outside the box, we'll work through the details together.
Jewelry Making & Hand Engraving
Slav, our in-house master jeweler, brings over 24 years of experience in jewelry fabrication, stone setting, and hand engraving.
His work ranges from traditional goldsmithing and precision stone setting to detailed engraving done entirely by hand. He's particularly good at the kind of intricate work that machines and mass production just can't replicate.
Having these capabilities in-house also means we can tackle more complex projects without having to send anything off to another shop.
Made Under One Roof
The real advantage is having the design and hands-on jewelry-making work happening in the same place.
We can work through technical details together, make adjustments when needed, and keep a close eye on how everything comes together.
It's a combination of modern tools, old-school skills, and a healthy obsession with the little details.
How Custom Jewelry Works
We've kept the process pretty straightforward. Here's what to expect.
01. Let's Talk
We start with a free consultation to talk about what you're looking to make. Bring pictures, sketches, existing jewelry, or just an idea.
We'll discuss your options, materials, gemstones, and styles. You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk in.
02. Get Your Quote
Once we have a good understanding of the project, we'll put together a quote.
Your consultation and quote are completely free, and there's no obligation to move forward.
If you decide to get started, we take a 50% deposit to begin the design process.
03. See It Before We Make It
Next, Michael creates a detailed 3D CAD model of your jewelry.
We'll send you renderings so you can see how everything looks, and we'll make any necessary adjustments to get the design where you want it.
Want to change something? Now's the time.
Once you approve the final design, we're ready to move into production.
04. Time For The Details
With the design approved, we begin production.
Depending on the piece, this can involve casting, fabrication, stone setting, hand engraving, and finishing work.
We take care of the details and make sure everything comes together the way we planned.
05. Come Get Your Jewelry
Most custom projects take around 1–2 months to complete, depending on the complexity.
Need something sooner? Let us know. We can often accommodate tighter deadlines.
Once your piece is finished, we'll get in touch to arrange pickup or shipping. The remaining balance is due at that time.

Do I need an appointment?
We recommend reaching out to arrange a consultation so we can set aside time to discuss your project properly.
How much does custom jewelry cost?
It depends on what we're making. The materials, gemstones, complexity, and labor all factor into the price. We'll give you a quote after your free consultation so you can think about it before making any decisions.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Your consultation and quote are completely free. If you'd like to move forward, a 50% deposit gets the project started. The remaining balance is due when your piece is ready for pickup or shipping.
Can I make changes to the design?
Of course. You'll get to review the CAD renderings and request adjustments before approving the design for production.
How long does it take?
Typically 1–2 months. If you're on a deadline, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Can I use my own materials?
In most cases, yes. We can evaluate your existing stones and discuss how they might work in a new design. We can also melt down your precious metals and use those for your new jewelry.
